Most of the photographs, unless otherwise credited, were taken by the author who retains the copyright for all material displayed on this website. Meadowlane uses photographs of real places and events, as well as favourite images to illustrate the title of the story.  All the story-covers reflect actual locations from which the ideas were conceived.  It is important that children can see for themselves the welcoming laneway, the sparkling creek, the inviting farmhouse and the wonderful creatures that inhabit the woods and meadows.  It is hoped the readers will feel as though they are coming for a visit, walking up the lane to a world that will greet them with open arms.
