DOWNLOAD and PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Welcome! We're glad you've decided to download one or more of the stories listed on the Product Page. This is not difficult. If for any reason the software doesn't respond as you think it should - just try again. Sometimes funny things happen in technology. We want this to be a good experience for you so you'll come back again and again.
Here's what you do depending on what page you are on:
PLAYGROUND:
If you're on the Playground Page and you want to go to the Store follow one of the many links that will take you there, i.e. words like STORE or STOREFRONT or the web address to the STORE. Maybe you're just poking around in the Playground Page and you see a story that you'd like to find out more about it, just click the TITLE and the link wll take you to the STORE.
STORE:
1. Choose a story.
2. You can click on ADD TO CART, or you can explore the story.
3. Click on either the story-picture or the story-title to read both
'Brief Description' or 'Detailed Description.
4. If you choose to continue with this particular story, click ADD TO CART.
5. SHOPPING CART page
This window confirms the price and number of purchases you have made.
It also gives you the option to CONTINUE SHOPPING or PROCEED TO
CHECKOUT.
6. CHECK OUT page
Choose if you are a 'new customer' or a 'returning customer'.
We need this information for two reasons. 1) if anything goes arwy with
downloading and 2) for your invoice particulars.
Please be assured that your information will not be shared with anyone.
Filling out your information makes it quick and easy for your next order.
7. INVOICE/RECEIPT page
All your information is there for your records, along with the statement
that the order will proceed as soon as the payment is received.
If you agree with all the particulars on this page, click PAY NOW.
8. PAY PAL page
This page is written by Pay Pal for your convenience with information
concerning security, payments and options.
If you do not have a PAY PAL account, it is very easy to set one up
. Key PAY PAL into a different browser window and their wizard will assist
you. This is a free service and is very helpful when shopping online. You
will have to give them a Credit Card number and Bank Account number.
This is for their information, not for Meadowlane Audio MP3 Books.
PAY PAL IS SECURE - no worries there.
9. You have now completed the check out process. Congratulations!
CONFIRMATION: You will then receive an email stating that the order has been placed, giving you all your necessary information regarding name, address, story-title, etc. It will also give you full instruction of what to do.
"Thank you for your recent order. Below is your confirmation that we received your order. Please review all the information and notify us immediately if you have any questions.
Your download files will be available upon receipt of payment at: (website: click on this website to find the file with the story you have ordered).
We will hold your order until payment has been fully funded and processed 'through the PayPal website. Orders not funded are subject to cancellation."
NOTE: Be sure to SAVE the file to your computer so you can find it easily. Do not listen to it from the download option; it will disappear when it's finished. FINISH THE PROCESS - SAVE it and it's yours.
To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!.
